Pixma 3522 prints from documents but not from web

I've been using my Canon Pixma 3522 with no problems, but today I can print from documents but not from a website. I'm trying to print mailing labels from USPS and eBay. Any ideas?The dialog box does not appear when I'm trying to print from the web.
