How do I scan papers on mx439

Im having problems trying to scan papers and documents of any kind. It sends a message saying it is not connected or valid?  I have not had problems in the past and yes I have shut everything off and rebooted.

I have 3 printers for 2 computers.  It would be easier to update the drivers and software when I know that they are available.  Right now I only get a message when I am trying to print.  Can I get automatic nofications when updates are issued?

MG5350 printing wrong colour

MY MG5350 is printing terrible colour, everything is printed with very pink tones. I have tried everything, to no avail, and I am sick of wasting ink and paper trying to manually use the colour management settings.

Hi  - the 3 icons on the screen of my 3 months old MG6360 printer will not respond to touch. I've unplugged it on an earlier occasion and that worked, but not this time. Anyone able to help?? Thanks,Geoff

Printer mg5420

Can I change the destination folder for the scanner so it will go to a subfolder in my documents. I  changed the setting but it still goes only to my documents.
