pixma mg5320 shows a paper jam at rear door but it was cleared and no paper found.

Canon Pixma 922 - when I copy a document the pages come out blank.

When I copy a document the pages came out blank. Also, when I print an MS-Word document, the pages come out blank, however, if I print an HTML document from a website, the printer prints fine.

I want to make a recipe file on line using Microsoft Word and would like to scan some recipes i already have. Can this be done on the pixma  MG7120? I have scanned a couple but not to Word and am unable to make any changes to the recipes.
