I've had a fairly longstanding issue with my 4-yr old Pixma - it prints A4 and even A5 fine in any quantity but as soon as I ask it to print A6 (6 x 4) or square (custom) sizes it will only print at most 2 before deciding to quit - instead it draws the card/paper in 3/4 of the way through & complains of a paper jam. Regardless of how often I clear it, reset, switch it off, reset everything, that will be it for the day. Next day it will print at least 1 or 2 before starting all over again.
I'm a card designer/creator so do a lot of printing on different sized media plus am trying to print off photos currently in volume, so this issue is driving me nuts.
Software is all up to date. Any suggestions on what I could try to maybe make it behave?
Thanks
Romayne
