Tried to print out a paper and in the print que it just says Printing forever. it actually never prints. nor will a test page print.
Currently using Windows 7 and everything shows as the print is connected and working properly.

the bottom image that says creating print data. when it first pops up it says "Port in use' then quickly changes to Creating Print Data. the printer worked the first time we used it quite some months ago now it doesn't and we have not changed a single thing.
