imageRUNNER 2425 II How to make copies default to A4 paper

its image runner 2425-ii, so i made all settings diring first run, correctly put a4 down and a3 side slot, show to the printer where is which one. printer correctly print from pc and correctly choose paper slot and other stuff. 

but, when i try to copy paper i put in on a glass - its automaticly see its a3 paper and i press only one button to copy. but if i put a4 or a4r paper it dont see a shot, i always have to manually chhose paper size and only then press copy. 

how to fix that bug and make printer recognise its a4 papaer on a glass? pls dont tell me printer must not see size of paper, then what for are those two sersors and why its see a3 size in auto?

if its possible - made a small video how your printer see a4 and a3 papers during copy mode

that must be great to live in the us, but in my country we dont have a shot, we currently redirect to third office who try (not at all) to help us, but at the first problem they say that they are out, they dont know a shot, contact others and give a new phone to a new company. 

same here, i see forth redirection, its kinda embarasing and offencive to the customers and to me personaly
