I have an Imagerunner Advance 4225 and multiple Mac Mini stations running OS Sequoia 15.5 in my office. One day the Macs mysteriously stopped communicating with the printer. I tried resetting the printer settings on 2 of the Macs and thought I would be able to add the printer back, after downloading the latest driver. However when I add a printer, and get to the box to “Select Software…” the next dialog box is titled “Printer Software” but has no dropdown menu or any way to access a list of drivers or to browse. All my other Macs mysteriously reconnected the next day, but the 2 that I removed the printer from are proving to be impossible to add it back! I have tried a lot of things and am close to just restoring to factory default and reinstalling the OS. Anyone have advice?

OK. You should have some sort of Canon Dealer assigned to you. It'll be somewhere on the unit. If it's not, you can give our team a call and they'll help you find one. They're at 800-385-2155.
