When I print a PDF file using the C3530i Image Runner Advance the font prints out different than what it appear like on the screen. We use a program called nanoCAD to create electrical schematics. We use Arial font. We create a PDF of the file using nanoCAD. When viewing the PDF file on screen the font looks correct. When I print the PDF the font changes. This is only a problem for larger schematics that need to be reduced in size to fit on a sheet of paper. Also, this only occurs when using the Foxit PDF reader, the font prints correctly when using Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. Also, it prints correctly when using a different printer. Also, it prints correctly when printed as an image, but the resolution gets reduced. We like using the Foxit PDF reader software and our Canon printer, so any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, I updated my printer driver and the problem still occurred.
