the error message on my pixma mx922 wont go away after i fixed it. i got the 1311 error message, i removed the paper jam, there is no paper insight but everytime i push ok it just keeps popping back up.
I'm trying to find out how much ink I have left but it says ink details cannot be displayed. Any suggestions?

Whenever I scan a document, the software saves it as a jpg even though I choose "pdf" under "format." Not a big deal, but I then re-save the file as a pdf. Anyone solutions out there?
