My canon printer MG3520 prints just fine from Word but double prints everything when printing from the web or photoshop. I am using Windows 7 and connect to the printer by a USB

Hi KimKa,

Performing a manual print head alignment on the printer may resolve the double-printing issue.  To perform the print head alignment, please follow the steps located here.

Should the issue continue after performing the alignment, please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) and a Canon technical support representative will be happy to help.  There is no charge for this call.
