About Image CLASS MF 4350D Paper Jam Message but there is no paper jam

I have Image CLASS MF 4350D All in one printer. But it shows a problem of paper jam but when we see by opening the catridges there is no paper jam hence we cannot use that printer.  The scanning is working but the printing and Copying was not working. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
