MX490 print head misaligned

I recently changed the ink cartridges but when I printed the alignment, it was misaligned which I'm thinking is causing anything I print to be blurry. I did all the cleaning but the misalignment still occurs. Can you help?

Hi,

When prints are blurry, you can try cleaning the encoder strip inside the printer. Please click HERE for the steps.
