Vixia HF R62, Video downloading

I am unable to see videos on computer I can see videos on LCD screen of camera, but folders are empty on computer, I can see folders when connected to computer but they are just empty and I treid different computers

Can you swap in/out CF card on XF305 while the other card is in use?

The canon XF305 has two compact flash slots A and B. If A becomes full and the camera starts using B, can I swap in a blank card into slot A, and would the camera know that it can use A again when B becomes full? All while the camera is recording.
