IT say's on the canon camera connect app that you can zoom in and out ,how do I do this?

I tried to connect MF8050 with network thru ethernet cable.  But apparently the printer isn't in the network, since I can't locate this printer from my macbook pro...  Anyone could help me trouble shoot?  Thank you very much! Vivian

my printer mx492 displays connected to my router; however, my iphone and dell laptop don't see it.

the printer sees the router, i enter the wep  key and it says connected --- but pc and phone cannot see it - help please!
