Hello,
I'm trying to solve a problem in our company. The problem is, if you send something to print after you just scanned, the job is suspended and you cannot resume it, restore it or even cancel it. Only in web UI you can cancel the job. The only way to bypass this problem is to manually turn off and back on the printer. When you do that, you can see the error codes in web UI, which are #099 and #852. Both should mean something related to unexpected power off.
Did someone faced this problem? We just got this printer, brand new 2 weeks ago and this problem started yesterday. We are running latest printer firmware and latest version of Windows 10.
