Canon MF414 Driver is Unavailable

Canon MF414 throwing an error stating that driver is unavailable. Then once I try installing driver I get an error stating that "an error occured when copying files. Try again." Anything helps. Thanks.

Pixma mg3200 won’t recognize new modem
