How Do I Smooth Skin in Recording Videos?

Just got my Canon Powershot G7X Mark III, and I need to use the smooth skin feature in recording VIDEOS. I've seen youtube videos comparing the settings, but can't find HOW! please help me! thx.

do the SCN settings affect other modes? I want to shoot videos using skin-smoothing settings.

I want to shoot videos using the skin-smoothing affect, but i only found that setting in SCN mode. Can i use it for shooting videos? i'm using a Canon G7X Mark III.
