what settings should I be on to take normal still shots? If set on AUTO does it do all the steeting for me?

Canon Sx280 shuts down Windows Vista when trying to remove photos

This just started happening. When I cut and paste photos from camera to move to computer, Windows Vista shuts down. Anyone have this happen and know of a solution?

I cannot get the authentication code from my ELPH 340 HS camera. Where do I find that?

My canon a4000 IS got sand in it. It now wont turn on.

Got sand in it. When the battery is inserted it makes a turning on sound and the lens zooms in/out but the power on light doesnt turn on and the screen doesn't turn on.

SX700 and Windows XP

I just bought Canon SX700 and wonder the best way to use Wi-Fi, since I still use Windows XP. (Personally important, since I lost my last Canon last week in Turkey, losing 300 shots!) Any other limitations with Windows XP? Thanks
