If you are getting a install cartridge error, you can try removing the current toner and turning the printer off and on with the toner out of the printer. Once the D320 is back up, you can reload the S35 toner cartridge. If you still get the cartridge message, it looks like the issue could be caused by the toner cartridge. You can try replacing the toner cartridge that you are currently using with the printer. If you get the same error message with the replacement cartridge, it would mean the printer needs service. You can check your available service options by logging into your MyCanon account using the link HERE.
