I know this has to be a setting but I've searched and searched for days and found nothing. This yellow line started appearing on most of my papers a few weeks ago but I didn't change any of the settings. Well didn't change any settings on purpose. Any ideas where to turn this setting off? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Latest version of windows. No error messages. Use printer with wifi. USA. And really that's it. Just happened and now can't figure out how to fix.

Hello Driddle76,

The issue looks like a problem with the yellow toner cartridge or a problem with the fixing assembly. In this situation, you can try removing the yellow toner cartridge and check if is seated properly or leaking. Once the toner cartridge has been reloaded, you can try cleaning the fixing assembly 2-3 times to see if the yellow line clears. If it does not, you can also try replacing the toner to see if the yellow clears.

If you continue to have problems with the yellow line, it looks like the printer needs service. You can check your available service options by logging into your MyCanon account.
