imageCLASS MF453dw per-job paper type selection

Is it possible to set a per-job paper type (e.g., card stock, labels) in the driver software? I see that I can do it in the printer, but that seems like a lot of button pressing to change it for one print and then change back. Thanks.

MF644Cdw - Toner Status software not working

I just got this printer. Installed software. Scan Utility loads fine. Got the latest driver from Canon. Printer prints great. BUT...  the Toner Status app will not load. It shows it is installed. But click on it and nothing loads. Ideas?

imageCLASS MF8280Cw Printing Text with Shadow

ImageCLASS MF8280Cw printing text with shadow below the text. We have replaced our ink cartridges multiple times and that fixes it for a little and then it goes back to printing with a shadow.  Welcome any ideas on how to fix it.
