I have been calling 18006522666 and holding for 3 to 4 hours and no one answered the phone. I did this a couple of times. Customer Service is horrible. I have a printer MF656cdw. The settings is off. The settings is say when I try to print Specify when loading paper and the paper tray is full and paper setting is saying LEGAL (India)color. I need help resetting settings back to the original settings. Or can some tell me where to take printer to the shop to get fix please. I use this printer for school.
