OK I check the email addresses and they both match and are correct. I'm not sure what else to do other than try calling customer support.

I looked at the Remote UI and under version information it says the main controller is 13.01.

Thank you for the suggestion. That looked promising, but I couldn't find those options anywhere in the MF644 remote UI.

Thank you. I tried deleting and recreating app passwords multiple times and it's still not working.It's saying the firmware is up to date.Any other ideas?
