I have a canon MG 3100 will not print how do you reset it?

How do I get my Canon MX350 printer back online? I got a new laptop and internet service.

I recently got a Windows 8 latop and whenever I try to print to my wireless printer, it says it is offline.  I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Can't print to Canon MX410 wirelessly after Internet Explorer 10 upgrade? How do I fix it ?
