Thank you, I had to go to a dealer and they recommended the same thing. I was able to get it to work through the clip organizer in Word. Did not work though the Fax and Scan. Thanks again

Why cant you provide me with the updated drivers to run network scangear on windows 7 64 bit machines. ? Does the dealer have those?

I down loaded the network scan gear driver for the IR5000 and I cannot un zip it. Can someone help with this?

Hi Thanks but are ther drivers available? How does a dealer get it. I own the machine and it is not under a service contract.Thanks
