mf4350d will not fax

Everything else works, just stopped sending and receiving faxes. Phone lines all check out (had the phone company out). Is there a factory reset or something? Thank you

MB2320 LCD pixelation green line on screen after a few minutes of being illuminated

Brand new out of box. After screen is on for a couple minutes or so the the vertical green line appears. After power save mode and later awake the line is not seen until couple minutes.
