Imageclass d1320 not making copies.

Imageclass d1320 not making copies. It prints whatever I send from my computer, also prints the copier reports.  But when I try to do regular copy the copy is all blank.

Since you are able to print documents without any issue, we recommend that you contact our telephone technical support group.  Please call 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).  The support representative can perform additional troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue.
