I'm having trouble printing from my Canon Maxify MB2720 printer. I keep getting "support code 7100"

That code would point to a jam or a problem with the hardware. You can open the front to where the ink loads and check for any jammed paper or obstructions that can prevent the ink from moving properly. You can use the steps in the link HERE to check that area for jams. If that area is clear, it looks like the printer needs service. To check your service options, you can log into your My Canon account or contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
