imagePROGRAF TM-200 unable to run software setup

Hello all,

Our university has recently purchased a Canon imagePROGRAF TM-200 printer.

The issue we are experiencing involves the setup program.  We have been unable to run the setup from the provided CD or downloading from Canon's website.  Our university runs Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise edition and for some reason the installer seems incompatible with this version.

We ran the installer also on Windows11 Enterprise (this also failed).  However, when launched from Winodows10 Professional, the installer works flawlessly.

Any advise on how to install on a Windows Enterprise system would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, our forum support team does not have support options for the Prograf-200. For support with installing the printer drivers and troubleshooting any error codes, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
