i-Sensys MF4330d pulls in multiple sheets in a row

Hello!

I am using an i-Sensys 4330d for years and everything worked fine so far. Recently, when I am trying to print (single or duplex does not matter), the printer pulls in multiple sheets of paper shortly after another. For example, if I want to print a document with 4 pages in duplex, page 1 of sheet 1 is printed correctly, but page 2 is blank - as are pages 1 and 2 of sheet 2, which comes more or less directly after sheet 1 (shown here: https://imgur.com/a/Yczsy2T). You can see that the mechanism which lifts the paper is working several times instead of only once per sheet.

I get the question on the device if I want to use the recent format, yes/no, but choosing yes, the same procedure as before begins. Choosing no, it tells me to load the correct paper.

I used different PCs and various sheets of paper with different thickness and with different print settings but to no avail.

I would be very happy about every advice and help! Thank you very much in advance.
