What is the best memory for the rebel t5 camera with the most capacity .. Is there a specific brand?

7d MKII wont write to card

This camera worked fine for 6 months and all of a sudden it wont write to either card. I have tried 2 cf cards. I have also noticed buffering taking longer than usual. Can anyone help?
