serial at the botton of a SX60 camera is not recognized when i try to download driver. how to solve?

When I try to download the driver for my new SX60 HS, Canon site asks for the serial number. But the site does not recognize the serial number that is at the botton of camera. I do not have the box anymore. Any help?

we have rebel t2i. it says no disk. Tried to factory reset but still same problem. pls help

Tried new disk but it keeps saying it is write protected.What should we do?

Camera doesn't save images, Help

After recharging and reinserting battery, my 5Ti does;nt seem to be saving images. Dis I miss something in the menu?

7D won't format or read card. I've tried three of them. Is my 7D broken?

I have tried three cards and it keeps saying it can't read the card and suggested to format card. I've used three cards, two that I used yesterday just fine and a brand new one. Same result. Did i break my camera?
