Hi everyone. I was shooting some video the other day and I ran across this strange artifacting in several of my images. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?
Particularly in the area with the fabric:
Below are my camera settings:
Canon 70D
Canon EF 50mm 1.2L
720p60
160 iso
1/120
f/2.0
I am editing the natively in premiere pro.
Thank you.

What compression method?

I am just noticing that the artifacting is much less apparent when I view the original media outside of premiere, so I'm wondering if it's the way premiere is reading the file that is causing this effect. I also tried transcoding to DNXHD with identical results. I should also mention that I am editing on an old version of Premiere. CS 5.5. Any ideas?

Aside from the red footprint, what artifact?
