Canon EOS T6i Flash will not work

Hi, I just bought a Canon EOS T6i and the flash will not work. I have gone into settings and enabled the flash settings, watched multiple videos, and tried all suggestions I've seen. I also have cleared all settings and reset them. Thank you!
