Resolved! Using MG5420 to print Word document.

This is a new issue for a two year old printer. I am trying to print a document from Microsoft Word. Shapes will print, but the text doesn't.

Printer printing multiple copies, taking forever to print, or not responding

Hi i've been having quite a few issues printing from my printer lately..At times it takes FOREVER to actually print, then usually when it finally does i get 5 or more copies when only 1 is selected..then other times it wont print at all! I get error...
