Canon G2010 says paper jam, though no paper is present

My printer has been saying that there is a paper jam despite the fact that no paper is visibly stuck or seen. I've tried everything and there's no paper stuck in the printer. What should i do?

Printer wont print any document properly. Tried all alignment procedures as well as all cleaning procedures. Pronted the nozzle check sheet and it doesnt look right as the bk column in offset to the right. Does anyone have a fix for this?
