Why is my mp620 printing blank pages?

I installed a new Staples black cartridge and printer stopped printing.  I removed the Staples cartridge and replaced with a Canon cartridge but problem persists.

It started doing this.  It still prints a test page, so it is not a head or ink problem.  I print from Mac OS High Sierra, but now I get only blank pages both through wifi and through USB.  I have not changed anything in the setup or the printing softwar (system print dialog).

Any help?
