Deep and Regular Clean - Where Can I find Instructions?

I have a PIXMA G2000 multi-function printer which decided to print only from the color ink bottles, but not from the black ink bottle, which is full. How to find the cleaning instructions for this printer?

iP90v Canon isn't communication with my laptop Windows 10

Print head - PIXMA MX922

Black print is mostly skipped lines. Several deep cleanings do not help. New ink tanks do not help. Color prints all great. Probably need to replace print head.How do I do that??
