Hi! Help!
I cannot get the touchscreen to work on my Canon MG6320 printer. I looked it up and I downloaded all the updates, but the firmware has an issue and gives an error that the creater has to update the update??
Turining it off for 30 seconds does not resolve the issue.

Finally resolved the issue with the help of customer support.
Uplug your printer from the power source. Tap the power button 6 times. Plug printer and power it up.
Who figures this stuff out? Makes zero sense, but on to my printing!

Greetings,
Trying to upgrade the firmware on a non or malfunctioning device is not a good idea.
Have you tried unplugging the device from the wall outlet for a few minutes?
****Edit... just got to your post... I see you figured it out.
