My Canon MG6320 will not copy or scan from the touch screen. The touch screen is stuck on the center position showing the three options copy-photo-scan but will not "slide" to either selection. I have turned off and back on the printer and the computer. The printer will print from the compuer. But the problem persists, the printer is unable to print from the touch screen.. All intanks are full, all covers are down. Any solutions?

It sounds like there is a internal hardware issue with the printer and it would need to be replaced. If the printer is outside of it's 1 year warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.
