PIXMA TR8622a - error code 1240

Trying to set up printer and I keep getting error code 1240 telling me to pull out paper output tray which is already out.  I can not print and the error code repeats each time I pull the tray out>

Although it appears I should be able to view the ink level on the front of my printer, they are all black.  If this is caused by a protective covering, what is the best way to remove without damaging the printer? 

OK To Use Linen Paper in Pixma MG3620?

Title says all - OK to use Southworth 25% cotton paper - weight is 24 lbs/90 g/m2. It says "inkjet compatible" but I want to make sure I'm not going to jam the printer.

PIXMA MG3620 displaying little orange triangle error

My printer, all of a sudden, is displaying the little orange triangle error.  But Ive started and restarted, unplugged, clear any jams, replaces both ink cartridges and it still shows the triangle and WILL NOT print
