PIXMA TS9020 not printing in color

My printer is no longer printing in color, despite having new ink installed, several cleanings and deep cleanings. What else can I do  to fix this? I don't use it that often, and it's not very old! Help!

mx492 168A code stops everything along with the scanner

The bottom plastic tab on the left bottom of the black cartridge holder broke off and now it gives a 168A message to insert cartridge but it is inserted and every thing I press on the keypad does not work. I will never get another Canon product.
