PIXMA G3020 Won't Turn Off

Hello everyone. I just acquired a Canon G3020 printer today and I need some assistance. by the time I've finished a test. Even the buttons can't turn it off and it says "Ending Please wait momentarily." What should I do?

Hi,

I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
