Microsoft says that I cannot download a driver unless it is a Microsoft Verified App. Where can I find that? Thanks for your help. I'm using Win10.

Canon MX922 Messing up printing the edges of the page
I've had my printer for many years & the last few times I tried to use it, the edges of the prints would be messed up if I print in black ink. Works fine in Cyan ink.

Just bought Fuzion 271 ink cartridges for my Pixma Cannon TS702 printer.
When installed, getting error message "The ink tank cannot be recognized". Staples said these ink cartridges where compatible with my printer and they are even listed as an accessory item under the printer. Any idea what to do from here?
