PIXMA G3270 says paper jam but there's no paper jam, error code 1300

I have a MegaTank G3270 printer. It says error code 1300 and that there is a paper jam. I have looked throughout the printer and do not see any paper jam. The message will not go away so I am not able to print. Any help is appreciated!
