PIXMA TS3322 not printing 8 1/2 x 11 paper

the printer will not print on 8 1/2 X 11 paper, only prints out the size of 7 1/4 X 11 paper; all settings are set at plain paper and the 8 1/2 X 11 size how do I correct this settling?
