I have a PIXMA 490 & 492. Both suddenly started having paper jam issues (at differnt times). After opening the machines, I see that they both have plastic breaks in the exact spot with the same sheering of the plastic. Was there a product defect?
The cartridges in my printer are the ones that shipped with it so I am sure they are Canon. My prints are "dull" looking vs. vibrant. Oh, have not had this printer 14 days even.
