I have realigned my G7020 several times , have tried new print heads and after realigning got good results for maybe 20 pages, not the alignment deteriorates after every alignment that looks good for the alignment test and goes bad after a few pages....

I used my Pro-4000 a few weeks ago but it alerted me there was a Firmware update when I turned it on a few days ago and since I have never had a problem, let it update. Since then the printer will not print as normal. WHen I send it a file from Photo...
