MG5220 not printing blue

I have a MG5330 printier.  It is not printing blue.  I have done all the maintenance.  It may print one sheet and then the blue stops printing.

Does anyone know if the Canon MG8120 has built in OCR?  If so, how do I find out how to use it after scanning?

MP640 no longer can do a stand-alone copy

My MP640 will not do a stand-alone copy in black & white.  Color option yields a washed-out, weak image.  Seems to work OK when run via the computer.  The scanner light seems to be less bright than I remember, but I can't be sure of this.Any ideas?

Install driver for Canon Pixma mp250 printer

Put new color cartridge and error message would not go away so I tried updating printer driver. No luck, so in my itst itsy pea sized brain I figured I would uninstall driver and install a new one. How do I fix this?

MG5300 Printer Not Responding.

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium.  I've already checked the print spooler services and they're set to Automatic and Service Status is Started.
