When I print a Jpg on the MP990, I get streaks in the photo as shown below. I have tried Clean and Deep Clean and I notice a slight improvemnet after the Deep Clean. Is there anything else I can do or should I keep trying the Deep Clean?

I have been running my MP990 using a WiFi connection. I had to replace the printer with another MP990. I can still use the scanner function using the Win 7 laptop but not on the desktop XP. With XP, I get the following message: Cannot comunicate with...
